Using Point Clouds in BricsCAD

This guide covers how to use point cloud data within BricsCAD for visualization, modeling, or documentation.

Workflow Steps

·         - Open BricsCAD and start a new drawing or open an existing one.

·         - Use the 'Attach Point Cloud' command to insert a .RCP or .RCS file.

·         - Navigate the point cloud using 3D view tools.

·         - Use POINTCLOUDCLIP to clip and isolate regions.

·         - Trace over the cloud using LINE, POLYLINE, and SOLID tools.

·         - Save and export your drawing as DWG or DXF.
